Privacy policy
Effective October 1, 2026. This policy describes the current OKMYAPP workspace and how its connected tools differ from its local utilities.
Who to contact
OKMYAPP is part of the OKMY service collection. For questions about this workspace or a privacy request, contact hey@okmy.ai. Include the service involved and a description of your request. Do not send passwords, financial account numbers, or confidential files by email.
Local utilities
TextLab processes the text you enter in your browser. ImageFit opens and resizes images using browser APIs. Focus runs a timer in the browser. These utilities process your work locally. When signed in, clicking Save work or downloading a text or image export sends a work snapshot to your private account storage. Guest work is not uploaded to account storage. Unsaved drafts remain in memory while the page is open. A downloaded file is saved through your browser to your chosen destination.
Connected tools
Opening DocsBee, ClearCut, or Fluxa loads a separate service inside the workspace. That service receives ordinary connection information such as your IP address and browser request data, and may use its own cookies, account system, local storage, or service providers. Actions inside it, including file processing, sign-in, support, and payments, follow that service's own notices and controls. Review them before submitting sensitive material. Within OKMYAPP, the tools exchange work snapshots with the workspace when you save or reopen work. Signed-in document and image downloads also save the corresponding editable work snapshot to your account. Saved work is associated with your verified Google account, stored privately, and listed by toolkit. Each saved item can be reopened or deleted. Google access tokens are not included in saved work. Large local media is saved as a file reference and must be selected again on the device.
Hosting and correspondence
The hosting infrastructure receives network requests needed to deliver and protect the site. Those requests can include IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs, and technical logs. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message and use it to respond and handle the request. Email delivery and hosting are provided through their respective service providers. Do not put private content in a public URL or a message screenshot.
Advertising and analytics
This version does not load an advertising network or an analytics tracker in the OKMYAPP shell. Embedded services may have different practices. If Google AdSense or another advertising service is added, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before activation. Google advertising can use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery and personalization; Google's advertising technology information is available through policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Your choices
You can close a connected tool to stop further interaction, manage cookies in your browser, and use the local utilities without uploading their content. Closing or reloading the page clears unsaved in-memory drafts. Account saved work remains until you delete it from Saved work or request account-data deletion. For data associated with a connected service account, use that service's controls or contact its support team. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you supplied directly to us; how a request is handled depends on the information and applicable requirements.
Changes to this notice
This policy will be revised when the workspace's processing practices change. The effective date identifies the current notice. Recheck it before using a newly added tool or a new account, advertising, or storage feature.
