Terms of use
Effective October 1, 2026. These terms apply to the OKMYAPP workspace and its local utilities.
Use the tools responsibly
Use content that you own or are authorized to process. Do not use the workspace to infringe rights, distribute malicious files, circumvent another service's access restrictions, or interfere with the operation of the site. Public access to a player or editor does not grant rights to the media or documents you open.
Review your results
Keep original copies and inspect exported files before relying on them. Document annotations are not a guarantee of legal acceptance; background removal may omit fine details; image resizing can affect quality; and browser media support varies. The guides provide general workflow information and do not replace a recipient's requirements or professional advice.
Connected services and charges
All six OKMYAPP toolkits are currently free to use without an account. Google sign-in is optional for private saved work and history. The workspace does not initiate a subscription or payment. Separate external services and optional integrations may apply their own terms or charges.
Availability and local work
Tools may be updated, temporarily unavailable, or limited by browser capabilities. Local drafts, image previews, and timer sessions are not cloud backups and are lost when the page is closed or reloaded. Download work you need to keep. We do not promise continuous availability or fitness for a particular legal, commercial, or technical purpose.

Contact hey@okmy.ai for workspace questions or to report a problem. Include the tool name and steps needed to reproduce an issue without sending confidential content. These terms may change as the service develops; review the effective date when using a newly added capability.
